Here you can add admins for the submission portal and the judging portal. In the submission portal, admins can view, edit and delete submissions; in the judging portal, they can track the current results.

A red dot indicates that a user will only be imported into the live environment once you go live. Permissions are tied to the email address, even if the person hasn’t registered yet. If they are already registered, the admin role is added to their account. If not, send them the web address you defined in the basic settings under “Domain”. There, they set a password via “Forgot password” and log in.
