Step 4 of 6
Test judging
1. Judging in the test environment
1 min 44 sec
Here, in the role of a judge, you evaluate the projects assigned to you in the judging portal. Navigate through the category tree – via categories and subcategories – to the individual projects and evaluate them based on the defined criteria.
The overview shows which projects you have already evaluated and which categories you have completed. Incomplete evaluations are not marked as done and can be completed at any time.
0 min 24 sec
If there is a conflict of interest for a project, click “I have a conflict of interest for this entry”. You then don’t have to evaluate the project. If you change your mind or clicked by mistake, click “Include me”.
2. Judging admin in the test environment
0 min 48 sec
The overview shows how many judges have completed their evaluation.
Under “Judging”, you can see which categories have been fully evaluated and get an overview of all judges.
Click on a judge to see their assigned projects with scores or a note indicating a conflict of interest.
Via the category tree, you can access individual projects and see how many judges have already evaluated them and what the overall score is.
0 min 53 sec
Click on a judge to download an Excel or CSV export of all assigned projects, showing the current score per project.
You can also download an export for each category via the category tree. It shows how each judge scored each project.
