To test the registration form as well, log out first and click “Register” below the login window. On the registration page, check the welcome text, key visual and consent checkboxes.
Then log back in via “Login” – you’ll land in the submission admin test environment. Select “Entrants” in the menu to return to the submission dashboard.

The form steps are shown on the left, the corresponding form on the right. In each step, check the questions, required fields, maximum character counts and upload formats. Navigate with “Previous step” and “Next step”, or save with “Save” or “Save and continue”.
Once all steps have been saved, review everything again in the final “Submit” step and click “Submit”. A confirmation message will then appear.
Use “Overview” to return to the submission dashboard, and “New project” to start another submission.
Tip: Create several test submissions so you can review them in the admin view and evaluate them in the judging test environment.

As long as a project has not been submitted, you can delete it. To do so, open the draft’s overview and click the delete icon on the left. The project will then also be removed from the submission dashboard.

In the submission dashboard, you see all your drafts and submissions in the role of an entrant. Click on the column headers to sort the list as you like. Use the “Category” dropdown on the left to display only the submissions and drafts of a specific category. Use the search icon on the right to find a specific project. Next to it, three icons show the number of drafts, the number of submissions and the total number of projects.
Above that, you can see how many days remain until the submission deadline.
In the top menu, “Info” takes you to the award information, cookie information and privacy policy.
Next to it, you can see which test environment you are currently in – in this case “Entrants” – and switch between the editor and the test environments at any time. This view is only available to you; it is hidden for entrants and judges.
The person icon takes you to your profile or lets you log out.

As a submission admin, you can create a CSV or Excel export. The export is structured as follows: the first tab, “Projects”, contains a summary of all projects in the submission portal. Each additional tab shows one category with its projects and completed forms. The last tab, “Profiles”, contains your participants’ completed profiles.
