Once all settings for your award are in place and you have tested everything thoroughly, click “Go live” at the bottom left. Fill in your billing details in the form, choose the right plan, accept the terms and conditions and click “Order now (payment required)”.

Your current configuration is then transferred to the live environment, and the tool is live and ready to use immediately under your chosen domain. After that, the forms can no longer be edited. For changes after going live or for additional Enterprise features, please contact our support team at support@alpha-awards.com. You will receive the data processing agreement (DPA) and the invoice by email.
