Easy judging

You invite your judges to the evaluation by email, including a link and login details. After logging in, judges see their assigned categories, the number of submissions per category, their personal progress in each category and the remaining time in the judging dashboard. You can assign any categories to any judge.

Clicking on a category takes judges to the category overview, which lists the submissions in the selected category with thumbnail, title and points awarded.

Clicking on a project takes judges to the detail view of the selected project. The media player shows the uploaded files, with the entered data displayed below. Next to the project, judges submit their scores based on the criteria you define – each of which can be weighted differently in the overall result. Optionally, one or more comment fields can be added. Evaluations can be edited until the end of the judging phase.
